Indica Labs provides software solutions for fast, quantitative evaluation of digital pathology images using HALO, our flagship image analysis platform. Pharmaceutical, healthcare, and research organizations worldwide are using HALO for high-throughput, whole-slide image quantification in areas such as neuroscience, ophthalmology, metabolism, oncology, respiratory, and toxicological pathology.
Indica Labs is expanding, and we’re looking to fill a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position.
This position will be responsible for a variety of Administrative Support tasks for in-office and remote employees across all business functions including office administration, accounting, human resources, marketing, and inside sales; while also being responsible for general small office support like answering phones, running errands, shipping and receiving, light office cleaning, etc.
Candidate must be prompt, with weekday business hours availability, self-motivated and able to work in both individual and small-team environments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- Exceptional organization skills
- Tech savvy, being able to pick-up new programs quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MSFT Windows/Office Suite
- Multiline Switchboard experience a plus
- Local to the ABQ or Santa Fe Metro areas with reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs
