High-Plex FL

Product Overview

Indica Labs’ High-Plex FL module allows for simultaneous analysis of up to 8 immunofluorescent labeled markers. This module is ideally suited for applications in immuno-oncology where multiple markers are required to characterize distinct immune and tumor cell populations within the tissue. It can be used in conjunction with most fluorescent whole-slide image formats, including multispectral floating-point qptiff images and whole-slide images from the Perkin-Elmer Vectra® 3 platform.

In the example above, the fluorescent image displays pan-cytokeratin expression as cyan, CD4 as green, CD20 as fuchsia, CD8 as red, and cell nuclei as blue. The corresponding markup image identifies cell nuclei as blue and the surrounding cytoplasm is colored based on the cell positivity for each marker. Cells negative for all markers are black, cells positive for multiple markers are white, and cells positive for individual makers are colored according to that marker color. When used in conjunction with our Spatial Analysis module, the spatial relationships of these cell populations may be further interrogated.

The High-Plex FL module integrates seamlessly into the HALO™ platform which is compatible with a number of third party systems and file formats.
