Cell-Based Immunofluorescence

Product Overview

The Indica Labs CytoNuclear FL tool provides flexible, fully automated, cell-by-cell analysis of whole-slide fluorescence images. This tool reads multi-channel images, locating cells and measuring immunofluorescent positivity of up to three additional markers. Each marker is measured in distinct cellular compartments such as the nucleus or cytoplasm. The software reports the number of cells that are positive for each marker and calculates the number of cells co-localizing various combinations of markers. Optionally, the tool can output the complete table of cell data including individual cell sizes and intensity measurements for each dye in each cellular compartment.

In the example above,  the software identifies cells in mouse pancreas. Negative cells are marked blue, insulin positive cells are marked red, BrdU positive cells are marked green, and dual positive cells are marked both red and green.

The CytoNuclear FL tool can be used with most fluorescent microscopes and integrates seamlessly into the  HALO™ platform which is compatible with a number of third party systems and file formats.
