RANK AND VISUALIZE BIOMARKER DATA
Heatmap interface allows you to sort analysis data and visualize trends. Sort outputs according to any input (e.g. gender, age, tumour location, etc). or outcome (e.g. survival, response, etc). and use underlying statistical algorithms to rank outputs according to predictive value. Interactive link is maintained between HALO and STRATA, so images can be selected and opened in HALO.
OPTIMIZE BIOMARKER CUT-POINTS
Visualize analysis outputs for all samples in single plot. Visualize outliers and review image analysis data in STRATA database and HALO. When sorting based on survival, create Kaplan-Meier plots and find optimal cut points for individual output.
CREATE A PREDICTIVE CLASSIFIER TO STRATIFY PATIENTS
STRATA simultaneously compares all analysis outputs and combinations to find the lowest overall error for a selected outcome (survival, response, etc). This can then be used in combination with cut-points to create a predictive classifier.
