Product Overview

The Branch Structure module performs analysis of branch-like structures such as retinal vessels. The module identifies vessels, performs structural analysis, and reports a variety of vascular metrics that are near-impossible to measure manually.

In the example shown above, the retinal vascular areas are colored yellow. The vessel skeletons are shown with a thin blue line, and vessel branch points are identified with red dots. the module reports total vessel area, total vessel length, average vessel thickness, number of branch points, and number of end points.

 

The Branch Structure module integrates seamlessly into the HALO™ platform which is compatible with a number of third party systems and file formats.
